This is the Rogue's Slow Cooker Marinara Sauce that you can use for many things in the slow cooker. It is best for homemade Meatballs for Meatball Sub Sandwiches which you can see the recipe here. when made this way it is easy and simple to have fantastic meatballs that have absorbed all the flavour and taste from the sauce and make perfect Meatball Sub Sandwiches. Marinara Sauce Slow Cooker Version

- 1 Slow Cooker
- 1 Measuring spoon set
Ingredients
- 1 ltr Tomato Sauce
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black Pepper (fresh ground is best)
- 1½ tsp Onion flakes
- 1 tsp Garlic chips
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Marjoram
- 1 tsp Basil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tsp Oregano
- ½ to 1 tsp Rogues Death pepper mix Optional
Instructions
- Mix everything together in your slow cooker and set to go for about 6 to 10 hrs. Check periodically for liquid level and if it seems to get too thick add a little broth or water to thin it out a bit.
- Than it enjoy with pasta, meatballs or where ever you want a good Marinara Sauce. You could also freeze this for a later use.
