  • lb Ground beef
  • ¾ cup Bread Crumbs
  • ¼ cup Fresh chopped Parsley
  • 1 Tbsp Rogue's Italian Seasoning
  • 4 to 8 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 med Onion diced
  • 5 Button mushrooms diced
  • 2 med Eggs
  • ½ cup Shredded Cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper (fresh ground is best)
  • 1 Tbsp Paprika
  • 2 Tbsp Oregano
  • ½ tsp Rogue's Death Pepper mix or red pepper (optional) Optional


  • Mix everything together in a large bowl
  • Form meatball into the size you lie them
  • bake in oven at 325℉ for about 15 to 20 min until done.
  • Let them coll before removing from baking sheet.
  • You can now freeze these for later use in any dish you like.
