Ingredients
- 1½ lb Ground beef
- ¾ cup Bread Crumbs
- ¼ cup Fresh chopped Parsley
- 1 Tbsp Rogue's Italian Seasoning
- 4 to 8 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 med Onion diced
- 5 Button mushrooms diced
- 2 med Eggs
- ½ cup Shredded Cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper (fresh ground is best)
- 1 Tbsp Paprika
- 2 Tbsp Oregano
- ½ tsp Rogue's Death Pepper mix or red pepper (optional) Optional
Instructions
- Mix everything together in a large bowl
- Form meatball into the size you like them
- bake in oven at 325℉ for about 20 to 30 min until done.
- Let them cool before removing from baking sheet.
- You can now freeze these for later use in any dish you like.
