This is a recipe I created after I saw one of those quick videos on Twitter credit to original idea from @DaveEDanna a true meat lovers dream. Link to his original X thread here

Equipment

  • 1 12-14in Cast Iron skillet

Ingredients
  

  • lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Large Onion chopped
  • 1 Bell Pepper chopped
  • 2-7 Garlic Cloves chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp Basil
  • 2 tsp Oregano
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • Enough sliced pepperoni to cover the top

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • On stove top cook ground beef in skillet
  • add onion, bell pepper. garlic and continue to fry until softened.
  • add all spices in and stir well turn off heat.
  • mix the shredded cheeses together in a bowl and then spread over top of meat.
  • Cover top of cheese with pepperoni.
  • Place in oven preheated to 350 for 15min
  • Remove from oven let 5 min and then serv with a great side salad
