Chili peppers and other hot spices have been used in meals for thousands of years. Hot sauces are created in a few ways using a wide variety of blended and aged peppers and spices, which are then used to add different flavours and heat to a variety of dishes from breakfast thru to dinner. The Rogue's Sriracha hot sauce is made with Cayenne peppers and his own personal blend of spices for a unique flavour.

The Rogue's hot sauces are made in small batches using peppers from local producers and peppers grown at The Oasis. The flavour profile may change slightly from batch to batch as all peppers grow with individual variations of the pepper flavour that they are and when they are harvested. As an example, one Jalapeno pepper may have a stronger flavour or be a bit hotter compared to another from either the same or another plant of the same or different Jalapeno variety. At this time there are 21 varieties of Jalapenos.
The Rogue's Hot Sauce is available at the Honeymoon Bay Market, from the May long weekend to the Thanksgiving Long weekend, and through the website. Shipping can only be done to Canadian addresses only, at this time.
