Rogues’ Slow Cooker Chicken Curry

This is a nice easy recipe for Chicken Curry you can even combine all the ingredients together and place in a zip-lock bag in the freezer for an easy meal down the road.

  • 2 lb Boneless Chicken Breast
  • 6 oz Can Tomato Paste
  • 13.5 oz Can Coconut Milk
  • 1 Onion Chopped
  • 2 cups Frozen Veggies like Peas & Carrots or Just Peas
  • 14.5 oz Can Tomato Sauce
  • 2-5 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 3 Tbsp Honey
  • 2 Tbsp Curry Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper


To make right now.

  • In a bowl combine tomato sauce, tomato paste, garlic honey and seasonings. Set aside
  • Add the rest of the ingredients to your slow cooker. Cover with tomato sauce seasoning mix.
  • Cook on low for 6 to 8hrs

To Freeze for later use

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a gallon size zip-lock freezer bag and freeze for up to 3 months. may last longer. When ready to cook thaw in fridge over night. Dump into slow cooker in the morning and start it running.
  • Serve with rice and some Naan bread.
